A wonderful community healthcare facility located near Watsonville, California, seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist to join its team.
Offering $75.00 - $80.00/hour + $10,000 Sign-On Bonus
Speech-Language Pathologist Opportunity:
- Full-Time, Permanent, Direct-Hire
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
- Setting: Home Health

Speech-Language Pathologist Responsibilities:
- Assess dysphagia, trial food and liquid consistencies, recommend safe diet modification, and lead oral-motor strengthening exercises
- Treat aphasia, articulation issues, voice disorders, and verbal expression deficits
- Educate family members and aides on safe swallowing protocols, cueing techniques, and communication strategies
- Communicate regularly with physicians, nurses, physical therapists, occupational therapists, and dietitians
Speech-Language Pathologist Qualifications:
- Must have a Master's degree or greater in an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program
- Must have or be eligible to obtain a California License as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Must have previous clinical experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Must be CCC-SLP Certified
