Shop Assistant / General Labor
We’re looking for a reliable, hardworking individual to support daily operations in a fast-paced shop environment. This is a hands-on position with a mix of shop upkeep, logistics, and assisting skilled fabricators.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop
- Package and prepare orders for shipment
- Perform local pickups and deliveries (parts, materials, etc.)
- Assist fabricators and team members with tasks as needed
- Move equipment and materials safely within the shop
- Handle shipping runs and supply pickups
- Support general shop operations and jump in where needed
Requirements:
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Dependable and punctual
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift and move heavy items
- Comfortable working in a physical, hands-on environment
- Good attitude and team-oriented mindset
Preferred (but not required):
- Previous shop, warehouse, or labor experience
- Mechanical aptitude or familiarity with tools

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
