NOW HIRING: PART-TIME MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN Hales Bar Marina & Resort is looking for a skilled, dependable Maintenance Technician to join our team. Let's be honest—there's a big difference between someone who can talk about repairs and someone who can actually do them. We're looking for someone with real, hands-on experience and a proven work history in maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting. This position requires someone who can work independently, identify problems, and confidently handle repairs without constant supervision. Experience should include: ✔ Plumbing repairs ✔ Basic electrical work ✔ Carpentry ✔ General property maintenance ✔ Troubleshooting and problem solving The ideal candidate is: ✔ Dependable and punctual ✔ Friendly and professional ✔ Self-motivated ✔ Able to work independently ✔ Detail-oriented ✔ Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions No two days are ever the same here. You may be repairing a water line, fixing a dock, working on a floating cabin, repairing a door, troubleshooting equipment, or tackling a variety of maintenance projects across the property. This is not a position for someone looking to sit around waiting to be told what to do. We need someone who takes initiative, has a strong work ethic, and takes pride in doing quality work.
