ResourceTek, a leader in technical support services, is currently building Industrial Maintenance teams to support PM (preventative maintenance) programs for our client in Blytheville, Arkansas.
Multiple first-shift roles available. Must be willing and available to work overtime as needed:
Mechanical and Multi-craft Maintenance Technicians
Mechanical Technicians should have previous experience in troubleshooting, repairing, installation, and (PM) Preventative Maintenance programs for large industrial equipment, including hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Will perform mechanic and electronic programmed maintenance inspections, diagnosis and corrective actions and perform systematic analysis of problems and improvement opportunities. Responsible for mechanic and electrical repairs, replacements, and upgrades as well as assembly and disassembly of mechanical components. The ability to prioritize maintenance and troubleshooting procedures is necessary. Welding experience is a plus but not required.
