RESPONSIBLITIES:
- Develop insurance quotes
- Process customer policy change requests.
- Secure trailing documents from customers.
- Complete Evidence of Insurance requests.
- Share training and education knowledge and expertise with team members.
- Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
- Maintain knowledge of new products and services.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support.
- Develop and maintain client relationships.
- Presents and explains insurance policy options based upon prospective client needs and their goals
- Responds to inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within a specified timeframe.
- Attend training and continuing education courses.
- Handle customer renewals.
REQUIREMENTS:
- A Property & Casualty license
- Minimum 2 yrs experience as a commercial account manager
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
- Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
- Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
- Great Customer Service Skills.
- Problem-Solving Capabilities.
- Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude.
