- Install spray-in bedliners for pickup trucks and commercial vehicles with precision and attention to detail.
- Prepare vehicle surfaces by cleaning, sanding, masking, and priming as needed.
- Operate spray equipment and tools safely to apply protective coatings and bedliner materials.
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality, durability, and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of spray equipment, tools, and work areas.
- Follow all company safety procedures, manufacturer guidelines, and environmental regulations.
- Communicate with customers and team members regarding services, timelines, and recommendations.
- Assist with shop duties and other operational tasks as needed.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous experience in spray-in bedliner installation, automotive detailing, body work, painting, or related fields preferred, but not required.
- Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and spray equipment safely and effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must be dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety and quality standards.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screening.
- Valid driver’s license preferred.
