Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled or we can train a Tow Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate must have:
- Valid class C drivers license; must have a clean driving record. “Must be 22 years of age or older”. Preferred residence Sun Valley, Pacomia
- Will be paid either hourly or commission
- Unexperienced drivers will be trained
Candidate will possess a strong background in automotive diagnostics and mechanical knowledge, along with excellent customer service skills. As a Tow Truck Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting vehicles and providing assistance to motorists in need. This role requires a commitment to safety, efficiency, and professionalism while interacting with customers.
Duties
- Operate tow trucks, including flatbed and traditional tow vehicles, to transport disabled or improperly parked vehicles.
- Perform automotive diagnostics to assess vehicle conditions and determine the best towing methods.
- Load and unload vehicles safely and efficiently while ensuring no damage.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting motorists with their needs and addressing any concerns.
- Utilize conflict management skills to handle challenging situations with professionalism.
- Maintain accurate records of towing activities, including vehicle information and incident reports.
- Conduct routine inspections of tow trucks and equipment to ensure they are in good working condition.
- Collaborate with dispatchers to respond promptly to calls for assistance.
Qualifications

- We will train unexperienced drivers
- Strong mechanical knowledge and experience in automotive repair is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in operating manual transmission vehicles and forklifts is a plus.
- Previous experience as a tow truck driver or mechanic is advantageous.
- Excellent conflict management skills to effectively resolve issues with customers.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
