The Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) position will be responsible for managing various revenue cycle management functions for our clients. This individual is highly consultative with a passion for getting better every day and ensuring our clients are paid accurately and timely.
SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES
Run revenue collections for the client
Oversee medical billing and collections, ensuring that claims are paid effectively and reducing time to pay/gaps in allowed and paid amounts
Manage a billing “dashboard” that provides transparency for client to payment status on claims
Work with the patient scheduling and registration team to ensure that patients correctly assigned the appropriate payer, network and plan
Effectively escalate to client issues affecting reimbursement
Maintain an accurate understanding of the payers and services that are “favorable” and not so “favorable”
Oversee routine payment reconciliation and confirm payments are received in client bank accounts
Develop collaborative working relationships with functional peers in the organization in pursuit of the clients overall business goals
Stay current with industry trends

Develop and implement a plan for proven ability to direct Revenue Cycle operations to ensure that accounts receivable are collected in a timely manner
Work successfully with company teams and clients
CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS
BS/BA degree, MBA preferred
Understanding of working with payers
Effective problem-solver, decision-maker, and multi-tasker possessing excellent listening/communication skills
A “hands-on” self-starter with an “ownership mentality” who is capable of working remotely while staying close with client as an integral member of the team
Strategic thinking and the ability to apply creative thinking to complex challenges
A proven collaborator who is comfortable leveraging other functional resources in other organizations
Strong team orientation and successful leading direct and indirect teams, with strengths in collaboration and people development
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
