Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Hotel Maintenance Engineer to ensure the optimal operation and safety of our hotel facilities. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in industrial maintenance, electrical and mechanical systems, and have experience working within manufacturing or industrial environments. This role involves performing routine inspections, troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance to uphold the highest standards of safety, functionality, and guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular inspections of hotel facilities including HVAC/R systems, electrical panels, plumbing, and structural components to identify potential issues before they impact operations.
- Perform repairs and maintenance on mechanical systems using schematics and technical manuals.
- Utilize precision measuring instruments like ammeters, ohmmeters, and other diagnostic tools for analysis and troubleshooting of electrical and mechanical faults.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking work orders, parts inventory, and equipment history.
- Collaborate with vendors for specialized repairs or system upgrades.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations related to electrical work, high voltage systems, and industrial mechanics.
- Assist in the installation of new equipment or systems as required for facility upgrades or renovations.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing maintenance requests promptly while maintaining a professional demeanor.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in industrial maintenance within manufacturing facilities or similar environments.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems including industrial electrician experience; familiar with low voltage and high voltage circuits.
- Hands-on experience with HVAC/R systems
- Ability to read technical manuals
- Excellent analysis skills for diagnosing complex system issues efficiently.
- Strong communication skills in English; ability to document work clearly and collaborate effectively with team members.
- Physical ability to perform tasks requiring lifting, climbing ladders working at heights, or in confined spaces. The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining the safety, efficiency, and comfort of our hotel facilities while advancing their skills within a professional setting.

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
