We specialize in hard-to-find parts for American classic and muscle cars, providing engine, brake, suspension, and other components to restoration shops, hobbyists, and collectors around the world.

We're looking for a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor who can support our growing business and operational transformation, keep shipments accurate, safety front and center, and the whole crew moving in the same direction. You'll own the day-to-day performance of the warehouse & fulfillment team and report directly to the VP of Product and Operations.
Daily Floor Leadership: Own the day-to-day operation of the Boonton fulfillment center leading end-to-end fulfillment operations and set the standard by working alongside your team.
Fulfillment Accuracy: Maintain our best in class service levels — orders shipped accurately and on time, every time.
Team & Schedule Management: Build and manage the daily/weekly schedule, train new warehouse staff on safe and efficient procedures, and hold the team accountable to established standards.
Safety & Compliance: Uphold a safe workplace by enforcing OSHA standards and company protocols, ensuring every team member follows best practices for a safe environment.
Inventory Accuracy: Maintain accurate inventory levels via a regular cycle count program, investigate discrepancies, and reconcile floor counts against NetSuite records.
Warehouse Optimization: Identify and implement process and workflow improvements to increase efficiency, leveraging available resources and technology. Lead warehouse cleanup and reorganization projects.
- 1-3 years experience as a lead or supervisor. Experience in e-commerce fulfillment environments is a plus.

Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.

Working knowledge of OSHA safety standards and forklift certification requirements (certified, or willing to obtain within an agreed-upon period after hire).

Comfort with basic inventory systems (NetSuite experience a plus).

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly, and occasionally more than 100 lbs, with frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift.

Flexibility to work overtime or different shifts as needed.
- Familiarity with automotive parts or similar SKU-heavy inventory.

High school diploma or equivalent.
