Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and versatile Hybrid Office/Warehouse & Field Associate to join our team. This role serves as a key connection between warehouse operations and customer-facing field services. Approximately 50% of the position involves office/warehouse responsibilities such as receiving, picking, packing, and inventory management, while the remaining 50% involves fieldwork including product deliveries, on-site installations, and customer support. You won’t be stuck behind a desk all day—this role offers a mix of coordination and real, tangible work in the field and warehouse. You’ll play a key part in making sure projects are completed accurately and efficiently from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
Office/Warehouse Responsibilities:

Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.

Pick, pack, and stage orders for daily deliveries and field service operations.

Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.

Maintain accurate inventory records using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS).

Ensure the warehouse remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.

Support office operations including scheduling, documentation, and project coordination.

Assist with warehouse tasks including cutting wire shelving and preparing materials for installation.

Communicate with customers, vendors, and internal teams.

Ensure accurate information flows between the field and office.
Field Responsibilities:

Visit job sites to assist with measurements, verifications, installations, and technical assistance as needed.

Handle and transport materials such as shower doors (50+ lbs), shelving, and related products.

Safely operate company vehicles, including box trucks and sprinter vans, for customer deliveries.

Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections in accordance with safety regulations.

Maintain clear communication with dispatch, warehouse personnel, and customers to ensure efficient operations.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Previous experience in warehouse operations and field-based roles such as delivery, logistics, or service support.

Ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card.

Forklift certification preferred, or willingness to become certified.

Ability to regularly lift and move up to 50 lbs and occasionally up to 80 lbs.

Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently and professionally in the field.

Comfortable with both office work and physical labor.
