Naples Certified Diesel is a heavy-duty diesel repair and fleet service shop serving Collier and Lee County. We're looking for a Parts Specialist to join our counter team as we grow our parts sales division.
What You'll Do:
- Source, quote, and stock parts for heavy-duty diesel repairs (Freightliner, Western Star, Paccar, Ford medium-duty, Isuzu, International, Caterpillar)
- Look up parts using VIN/ESN/serial data and cross-reference OEM/aftermarket options
- Support technicians and service writers with fast, accurate parts turnaround
- Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships
- Provide excellent customer service at the parts counter and over the phone
What We're Looking For:
- 1–3 years of parts experience (heavy-duty diesel experience strongly preferred; automotive parts experience considered)
- Energetic, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced shop environment
- A problem-solver who can think outside the box when sourcing hard-to-find parts
- Comfortable with parts lookup software and basic computer systems
