Main Shop Technician Job Responsibilities

Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc

Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy in accordance with dealership and factory standards

Conduct multi-point inspections to ensure vehicle safety and reliability

Communicate with service advisors and fellow technicians regarding status and repairs needed

Keep up with manufacturer training and certifications (we help you with that!)

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Main Shop Technician Compensation & Benefits
Pay Range: $23.00 to $35.00 Flat Rate

Main Shop Technician Qualifications

ASE certifications or manufacturer certifications preferred (Subaru a plus, but not required)

At least 2 years of experience as an automotive technician in a dealership or independent shop setting

Strong diagnostic skills and attention to detail
-
Team-oriented and willing to learn and grow
Corporate Hiring Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age, have a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
