Coastal Medical Staffing is looking for an enthusiastic, people-oriented Healthcare Recruiter to join our team in Hardeeville, SC.
We’re looking for someone who is great with people, communicates well, has a strong work ethic, and wants to build a long-term career. If you have experience in customer service, hospitality, sales, administration, or another people-focused role, we can teach you the recruiting side.
What You’ll Do
- Recruit, interview, and qualify candidates for healthcare positions
- Source candidates through Indeed, job boards, social media, referrals, and our existing database
- Build relationships with candidates by phone, text, email, and virtual meetings
- Match qualified candidates with positions that fit their experience and career goals
- Coordinate interviews and guide candidates through the hiring process
- Maintain consistent follow-up and build an active candidate pipeline
- Keep accurate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Work closely with our sales team to successfully fill client openings

- Organized and able to manage multiple priorities

- Stable work history
- Comfortable learning new technology and software
- Recruiting, healthcare, customer service, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus—but not required
- Must be able to work full-time in our Hardeeville, SC office
Compensation & Benefits
- $40,000–$50,000 base salary, based on experience
