The Team Lead is responsible for the day to day operational standards of our restaurant, including daily supervision of employees and maintaining the food quality of the restaurant. In addition, the Team Lead will also assist in ensuring all policies and procedures and restaurant standards are met. The team lead must display great leadership skills. The Team Lead reports directly to the Assistant General Manager.

Job Description
- Accurately complete daily checklists as assigned
- Maintain daily cash handling procedures
- Assist in training new and current employees in restaurant standards, policies, and procedures
- Providing feedback to Assistant GM on employee performances
- Uphold and maintain S&H culture, policies, standards, and procedures
- Maintain positive attitude to employees and customers
- Ensure positive guest service in all areas
- Solving customer issues with L*.A.S.T.* (L*isten, Apologize, Solve, T*hank)
- Maintain food cost and portion control
- Utilizing S.O.U.P. (S*ense of Urgency P*lease) everyday
- Ensure all food items meet S&H standards for presentation and quality
- Enforce sanitation practices for food handling, general cleanliness, and maintenance of kitchen and dining areas
- Maintain restaurant image, including restaurant cleanliness, proper uniforms, and appearance standards
- Manage shifts as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Background check required
- Must be SERV Safe certified or able to be certified
- Must be willing to learn products and policies
- Must be willing to work day, night, and weekend shifts
Wages plus tips. Tip pool can increase your pay between $2 - $4 per hour
