Commercial Landscaping Laborer
Victory Gardens Landscaping is a commercial property maintenance company providing high-quality landscaping services to upscale HOAs and resorts throughout the area from West Palm Beach to Jensen Beach.
We are looking for an experienced Landscaping Laborer to lead a landscaping crew and ensure our properties are maintained to the high standards our clients expect.
Job Requirements
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work well as part of a team
- 2+ years of experience managing or leading landscaping crews
- Experience driving a truck and trailer
- Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced work environment
- Ability and desire to lead, train, and motivate crew members
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Daily Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a landscaping crew while ensuring all work meets company and client standards
- Ensure you and your crew follow all required safety protocols
- Perform a variety of landscape maintenance tasks, including mowing, trimming, fertilizing, pruning, and clean-up
- Safely operate power equipment, including various-sized mowers, gas-powered edgers and trimmers, backpack blowers, hedge trimmers, pole saws, and chainsaws
- Communicate professionally and effectively with crew members, customers, and management
- Load, transport, and properly maintain landscaping equipment and materials
- Perform physically demanding work, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
