Now Hiring: Server/Bartender – Englewood Hershey
Englewood Hershey is seeking an energetic and reliable Server and Bartender to join our team. We’re have multiple private event spaces as well as entertainment and social events.
What You'll Be Doing:
Event Setup & Breakdown
- Assist with setup of event spaces, including tables, chairs, linens, place settings, bars, and décor as directed
- Ensure event areas are clean, organized, and properly staged prior to guest arrival
- Assist with breakdown, cleaning, and resetting of spaces after events
Guest Service
- Provide courteous, attentive, and professional service to event guests
- Serve plated meals, buffet stations, passed hors d’oeuvres, and/or family-style service as required
- Serve non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages in accordance with venue policies and state laws
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests or concerns
Food & Beverage Handling
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Communicate with kitchen, bar, and event lead regarding timing, dietary needs, and special requests
- Maintain cleanliness of service areas throughout the event
Team & Event Support
- Work collaboratively with event hosts, bartenders, kitchen staff, and event leadership
- Follow event timelines, BEOs (Banquet Event Orders), and supervisor direction
- Maintain a calm, professional demeanor in fast-paced and high-pressure situations
- Previous serving and/or bartending experience required
- Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
- Weekend availability is a must
