Job Description:
Part - Time, Saturday & Sunday (12:00am - 8:00am)
This individual is responsible for representing the community in an extraordinary way by consistently being pleasant and helpful to everyone. We are looking for people who are reliable, professional, friendly, with excellent customer service skills and able to work predominantly by themselves.
Essential Duties:
- Monitor the Front Desk and Entrance of the Community
- Routinely patrol interior of the Community
- Respond and appropriately handle any issues & emergencies that arise.
- Answer and handle any incoming phone calls.
- Interact and assist residents as needed
- Assist in completing any assigned task as needed
- Able to work by themselves
- Must have a valid driver’s license
Concierge Work Experience:
- Experience in an office environment, answering phones or customer service position preferred.
- Must have the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities and have excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Must have basic computer skills.
- Ability to work effectively with different levels of personnel.
- Ability to relate well to residents and their families.
- Self-motivated, organized, and professional. Have a neat, professional, courteous manner and appearance.
Pay: From $16.50 per hour
