As we continue to grow, we are looking to add a Operations Manager to help us continue to deliver on our mission.

This role is the nerve center of our field operations. You’ll coach crew leaders, manage the flow of jobs, ensure equipment is ready, and handle the curveballs that come with seasonal service. WHO YOU ARE
- You have strong leadership experience in lawn care, landscaping, or another service field
- You understand production schedules, labor management, and job costing
- You can coach, correct, and motivate crews with clarity and respect
- You’re proactive, organized, and cool under pressure
- You’re tech-comfortable (CRM, route software, time tracking, etc.)
- You have a valid driver’s license, clean record, and high standards
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Daily Operations Management
- Plan and adjust crew schedules for efficiency, weather, and deadlines
- Review service reports, route times, and site quality daily
- Oversee job setup and closeout for enhancements and seasonal services
- Respond to field issues, client concerns, or crew needs in real time
Team Coaching & Supervision
- Lead morning rollouts and safety meetings
- Hold Crew Leaders and Technicians accountable to quality, speed, and professionalism
- Provide real-time coaching and regular performance reviews
- Recruit, onboard, and train new crew members as needed
Equipment & Resource Oversight
- Coordinate with the shop on maintenance, repair, and equipment allocation
- Ensure trucks, trailers, and tools are properly assigned and maintained
- Track material and supply needs to avoid delays or rework
Reporting & Process Improvement
- Monitor KPIs: labor hours, job times, call-backs, quality ratings
- Identify bottlenecks and recommend workflow improvements
- Work with the office team to improve communication between admin and field

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
