Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care while ensuring the smooth operation of the clinic. This position requires proficiency in various dental procedures and a strong understanding of medical terminology, along with excellent interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and staff.
Responsibilities
- Assist the dentist during various procedures
- Prepare and maintain the treatment area, ensuring it is clean and organized according to aseptic techniques.
- Take radiographs, use Itero, Cerac, etc.
- Manage patient records using Eaglesoft software, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Provide support for four-handed dentistry, anticipating the needs of the dentist during procedures.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-operative care instructions.
- Schedule appointments and manage patient flow to optimize clinic efficiency.
Qualifications
- Must have a minimum of two years in general dentistry.
- Must be professional in appearance.
- Proficiency in taking radiographs, taking impressions, and using Cerac and Itero.
- Experience with Eaglesoft software is a plus.
- Strong understanding of aseptic techniques to ensure patient safety.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- A compassionate approach towards patient care.
