Experience with children is required. You will need to pass a background check and be 21+. You must also have no previous cases through DHHS.
Fair Shake offers monitored visitation to families that are experiencing hardships and are required to have monitored visitation with their children. Giving the parent the ability to connect to the children while in a monitored setting so that the visits are as comfortable as possible.
Job responsibilities are stepping in for safety interventions, escorting children or parents to the bathroom, providing support and assistance to parents, and cleaning the rooms between visits as well as taking notes. You will be required to use camera and computer systems and other office equipment including wireless and Bluetooth devices.
Our operation hours are between 7am to 7pm Monday-Saturday and 8am-5pm Sunday.
We are looking for a candidate with the minimum availability between 2:30pm to 7:30pm during the week (M-F) and open /flexible availability for the weekends.
Hours and shifts can vary depending on our client load and staff availability.
Part-time benefits include the ability to earn PTO (after 90 days employed), 401k account and raises based on performance and longevity.
