Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Take food orders accurately using our Northstar POS systems and deliver them promptly to members & their guests.
- Provide attentive customer service by greeting members warmly, answering questions about menu items, and accommodating special requests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, including bar areas and dining spaces, adhering to food safety standards.
- Assist with food handling, serving, and clearing tables efficiently to ensure a seamless dining experience.
- Support team members during busy periods by providing timely assistance.
Skills
- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or banquet settings.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and sales tracking.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar orders efficiently during peak hours.
- Excellent customer service abilities with a friendly attitude and positive communication skills.
- Knowledge of food safety protocols, proper food handling techniques, and alcohol service regulations.
