Job Duties:
1. Being part of a team to maintain high guest service scores and must have Time Management.
2. Always stay professional, be available for guests at all times.
3. Assist housekeeping with stripping linen from guest rooms.
4. Stock Housekeeping Landings with linen.
5. Help keeping housekeeping landings clean.
6. Assist with laundry and clean lobby and public areas as needed.
7. Assist maintenance with trash or property cleanup if requested.
8. Have a thorough knowledge of all emergency procedures and how to follow the steps.
9. Assist in delivering items to guestrooms when requested.
10. Trained to clean rooms if necessary.
11. Perform all other job duties as requested by Supervisor and/or Manager.
12. INSPIRE EVERY DAY General Description: The houseman’s responsibilities include cleanliness of housekeeping areas, assisting housekeeping and laundry. May ocassionally assist maintenance with daily duties. As required by all team members, the houseman is required to provide the highest quality of service at all times.
Basic Criteria: Must be very neat, clean and well organized, with a high personal standard of cleanliness, sanitation and personal hygiene. Must be in brand standard mandated uniform at all times. Weight Requirement: Must be able to lift, push, or pull anything over 40 pounds.
