Pest Control Technician Needed ASAP. We will pay to train
Main office is located in San Jose, CA
Compensation: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour starting wage, depending on licensing and experience status. Candidates with no experience will receive an increase after passing Applicator's test.

Family owned and operated Pest Control company seeking Branch 2 Pest Control Technician in San Jose, California. We are a successful South Bay Company that has been in business since 1952. We are looking for a dedicated team member to join us in the Pest Control Industry.
Applicators' License required within 90 days of hire to be in field alone, and Branch 2 Field Rep License a definite plus;
Qualified candidates will be trained internally and all fees will be paid for by the company.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Establishing new accounts while building lasting relationships.
- Mixing and Applying Chemicals following all regulations and laws
- Clearly document and communicate work completed
- Maintain relationships with customers and supervisors
- Developing plans and follow up procedures necessary for a successful treatment plan
- Solving pest problems with Integrated Pest Management.
- Providing good customer service and communication to educate on the services we render, and proper maintenance of their problems.
- Route areas include San Mateo County, Contra Costa County, Alameda County, Santa Clara County and Santa Cruz County.
GENERAL JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Pest control or agricultural experience a plus but not required
- Good management of time in the field.
- Must be organized and able to problem solve efficiently.
- Good customer service communication
- Bilingual is a plus but not required
- CLEAN DMV RECORD REQUIRED
- Candidate must also be able to successfully pass a background check to be licensed by the State of California
- Proof of complete Covid Vaccination required, or willing to undergo weekly testing at employee's expense.
This is a full time position Monday through Friday 8:00am-4:30pm, plus one rotating Saturday, approximately every 4-5 weeks. We are looking for someone to be a part of our strong team environment, in a family-oriented atmosphere.
