Direct Support Professional (DSP) – Full-Time & Part-Time
We are looking for a compassionate, dependable, and energetic Direct Support Professional (DSP) to support individuals with disabilities in daily living and community activities. This is a hands-on role where you can make a meaningful impact while helping individuals build independence and enjoy an active lifestyle.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist with daily living tasks (meal prep, personal hygiene, medication reminders)
- Support individuals during community outings, social events, and recreational activities
- Monitor health and well-being and report any concerns
- Promote independence, dignity, and respect at all times
- Encourage social interaction and community engagement
- Complete daily documentation and incident reports
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in caregiving, DSP roles, or working with developmental disabilities preferred
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable with a positive attitude
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Valid Ohio driver’s license with fewer than 6 points
