Center Manager / Lead RBT
Kind Care ABA is seeking a Center Manager / Lead RBT to join our growing team!
In this role, you will work directly with a child as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), providing ABA therapy, implementing treatment plans developed by the BCBA, collecting data, and helping the child achieve meaningful progress in a fun, supportive environment.
Additionally, you will assist with the day-to-day operations of the center by:
* Welcoming children and families as they arrive.
* Helping ensure therapists have the supplies, materials, and support they need throughout the day.
* Keeping the center organized and running smoothly.
* Serving as the on-site point of contact for the facility owner regarding day-to-day operational needs.
* Helping address questions or concerns that arise on-site and communicating them to the Kind Care leadership team so they can be resolved efficiently.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with children while also taking on a leadership role to help create an organized, positive, and welcoming center environment.
Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
