Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide quality patient care.
Duties
- Conduct resident assessments and provide basic patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician
- Perform specimen collection processing and assist with laboratory procedures
- Administer medications and assist with IV insertion as needed
- Monitor residents' vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team
- Provide education to residents on various medical conditions
- Assist in emergency medicine situations and occupational health programs
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care
Qualifications
- Must have a valid LPN license in the state of practice
- Proficiency in medical terminology and patient assessment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to interact effectively with patients and healthcare team members
