Behind every successful procedure is a team ensuring equipment is safe, sterile, and ready. As a Sterile Processing Technician, you play a vital role in protecting patients and supporting clinical teams.
Through paid, on-the-job training , you’ll learn how to:
- Decontaminate and clean medical instruments
- Perform sterilization processes
- Assemble and package surgical instruments
- Manage storage and distribution of supplies and equipment
You’ll also gain exposure to:

- Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week), Monday - Friday
- Multiple Shifts Available: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM or 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM
- Location: La Crosse, WI
- Pay: $16.20/hour
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to complete a sterile processing cohort or training program within 6 months of hire
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Interest in a hands-on healthcare career
