Wells Lawn Care & Landscaping is seeking a hardworking and dependable Landscape Installer to join our team. This role focuses on hands-on installation work across a variety of landscape and hardscape projects, supporting the crew lead to deliver high-quality results efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities

Perform installation and enhancement of landscape and hardscape projects to company quality standards
-
Install a variety of landscape elements, including:
-
Pavers, patios, walkways, and retaining walls
-
Trees, shrubs, and other plant material
-
Sod, seed, grading, and drainage solutions
-
Work efficiently and productively under the direction of the Crew Lead to meet daily production goals
-
Set the pace on-site by demonstrating strong work ethic and attention to detail
-
Load, unload, and organize materials, tools, and equipment on job sites
-
Safely operate equipment such as skid steers, compactors, saws, and other power tools
-
Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites while following all company safety procedures
-
Assist newer team members by setting a positive example and helping reinforce proper techniques
-
Take initiative to improve skills, efficiency, and quality of work
-
Read and interpret landscape design plans and job packets (preferred but will train)
-
Communicate clearly with the Crew Lead and team regarding progress, issues, or material needs
-
High School Diploma or GED
-
1+ years of landscape installation or related outdoor work experience preferred
-
Strong working knowledge of landscape and hardscape installation practices
-
Experience installing pavers, patios, plant material, and basic grading/drainage systems
-
Ability to safely operate landscaping tools and equipment (skid steers, compactors, saws, trimmers, blowers, etc.)

Ability to read and interpret landscape plans preferred (or willingness to learn and develop this skill)
-
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical work in various outdoor weather conditions

Valid drivers license preferred

Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail

Ability to follow direction while working efficiently and independently when needed

Positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to help others succeed

Must pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check

Must be 18 years old.

Offered compensation: $21/hr - $24/hr
- 1+ years of landscape installation experience
- Valid Driver's License
