GENERAL SUMMARY:
Manage daily HR processes and provide HR leadership to the IVMS, IVMSST, IVMW, and IVPFH sites and HR support staff. Includes the daily execution of HR policies, functions, systems, ensuring legal compliance and implementation of the organization's mission and talent strategy. The current support staff are an HR Generalist, an HR Manager, and an HR Department Assistant.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Oversee the administration of human resource programs including, not limited to, compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity; training and development.
· Advise on all HR matters at the site
· Oversee payroll and time-keeping systems
· Oversee the management of SAP, Success Factors
· Support site management with labor relations and training
· Develop and implement initiatives to improve employee engagement and retention
· Compliance with all legal and statutory obligations related to labor and employment
· Employee development and training structure
· Manage Succession Planning Process
· Ensure compliance with local labor regulations and provide advice on legal HR matters under the supervision of the Fibers Regional HR Leader.
· Maintain compliant with manpower budget and support continuous improvement related to manpower costs
· Ensure WC site employee utilization of Performance Management and Goal Management within SAP system including annual assessments
· Recruitment for the sites
· Capture and update compensation data for all WC site employees for annual benchmarking
· Oversee all benefits including insurance, retirement, and other benefit plans, including open enrollments
· Enforce existing and drive implementation of all HR Policies, and in some cases design policies consistent with the Fibers Segment
· Manage all necessary record keeping pertaining to employment and discipline
· Support the Segment and Corporate HR in HR related projects
· Manage the HR Department employees
· Perform other duties as required

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required
· At least 5 years of human resources management experience required
· At least 3 years experience as a direct manager of more than 1 employee
· Experience working with SAP, Success Factors
· Proficiency in all Office Programs (MS Teams, Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
· Proficient in ADP Workforce Now
· Proficient in ADP Enterprise eTime – Preferred
