Position Overview: Keller Williams Fox Cities is seeking a Director of First Impressions to join our team on a full-time basis. This key role sets the tone for our office by ensuring that every guest and team member feels welcomed and valued from the moment they walk through the door. The ideal candidate will have a warm personality, strong attention to detail, and a proactive approach in fostering a positive office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and serve guests with world-class hospitality
- Answer and direct calls
- Track and distribute leads
- Pre-screen new agents and set recruiting appointments
- Facilitate office events
- Create and publish social media posts
- Set up remote video and technology for trainings
- Process earnest money receipts
- Maintain office appearance
- Order and replenish supplies
- Support office operations and leadership team
Qualifications:
- Friendly and professional demeanor with strong communication skills
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Proficient in handling phone systems and office technology
- Previous administrative or customer service experience preferred
- It is expected that business professional attire will be worn while at the front desk
Schedule:
- Full-time position with hours between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
