Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with Outside Sales Team to maintain customer accounts & relationships.
- Respond to daily Customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely manner.
- Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions based on product knowledge and business value.
- Work with Operations regarding order status.
- Provide post-sale follow-up and customer support as needed.
- Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of sales techniques and customer relationship management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High level of tact, professionalism, and emotional intelligence.
- Solid grasp of business math.
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability and attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt to changing customer needs.
- Confident in work quality.
Ability to Work Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
