Our client is looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support a growing HR team by managing interview scheduling, conducting candidate interviews, and ensuring a smooth hiring process. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment cycle.
Location: Export, PA (Onsite)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Contract Length: 3 months with potential extension
Attire: Business casual environment
Parking: Free onsite parking available
Responsibilities:
Conduct candidate interviews and screenings
Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Track applicants and recruiting activity within the applicant tracking system
Maintain candidate records and recruitment documentation
Support candidate communications throughout the hiring process
Assist with job postings and recruiting administration
Provide general support to the HR and Talent Acquisition team [Leybold 20...oordinator | Word]
Qualifications:
1+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, HR, or related experience
Experience conducting or coordinating interviews
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience with applicant tracking systems; SuccessFactors preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience [Leybold 20...oordinator | Word]
