Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Over 25+ Driver and Hardscape Laborer to join our dynamic landscaping team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse outdoor projects, specializing in hardscape installation, masonry, and general construction tasks. The ideal candidate will bring a strong work ethic, a passion for construction, and the ability to operate heavy equipment and hand tools safely and efficiently. Driver must be over 25+ years in age, have a valid License, and a clean MVR within the last 7 years.
Duties
- Safely operate a variety of heavy equipment including loaders, excavators, and other machinery required for hardscape and masonry work
- Assist with the installation of pavers, retaining walls, patios, walkways, and other hardscape features according to project plans
- Use hand tools and power tools to cut, shape, and install building materials such as stone, brick, concrete, and wood
- Perform site preparation activities including grading, excavation, and debris removal to facilitate smooth project progress
- Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently while adhering to safety protocols at all times
Skills
- Proven experience in construction site work with a focus on hardscape and masonry projects
- Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently; experience with heavy equipment operation certification is a plus
- Knowledge of safety protocols and best practices on active landscaping sites and working outdoors
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining high standards of safety and quality
- Basic understanding of irrigation helpful

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
