About the Role
Brandon Reeves Auto World is an independent used car dealership in Monroe, NC specializing in trucks, SUVs, and quality pre-owned vehicles. We are looking for an experienced Automotive Sales Manager who is ready to lead a floor with real authority and real upside.
This is a commission-based position. There is no guaranteed salary. The right candidate will see that as an opportunity, not a problem.
What You'll Do
- Run the sales floor daily — meetings, accountability, follow-up, and closing
- Desk deals and protect gross on every transaction
- Hold the sales team to a clear standard and develop them into producers
- Drive outbound lead generation when inbound volume is low
- Work directly with the General Manager to hit monthly unit and gross targets
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience managing a used car sales floor
- Ability to desk deals competently and independently
- Someone who leads with accountability, not friendship
- Experience at an independent dealership is a plus but not required
- Charlotte metro area or willing to self-relocate to Monroe, NC
Compensation
- Commission-only with a monthly draw
- 3% override on total department gross
- Volume bonuses starting at 50 units — bonuses scale through 100+ units
- Realistic earning range: $60,000–$150,000 based on performance, with uncapped earning potential for top performers
Pay: $60,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
