We are an Independent Service Provider with FedEx Ground in Knoxville TN that has
Part-Time and Full Time positions available!

We contract with FedEx to provide "last mile" delivery of packages to
residential and business customers in Knoxville. Our Drivers wear a
FedEx branded uniform and drive a FedEx branded vehicle but work for a
locally owned and operated small business. We provide the uniforms and
the vehicles.
We're looking for professional and safety focused drivers who are
willing to work hard and work as part of a team. We're looking for
people who have Mental & Physical toughness, who we can count on to
show up on their scheduled days ready to work.
This is a demanding job:
9-10 hour day on average, 7am - 5pm on average
Mental toughness and a will to succeed safely is REQUIRED
You have to want to be a PROFESSIONAL
Boxes can be bulky and heavy, delivering 5-6 days/week is physically challenging
We operate 7-days a week

Must be at least 21 years of age
Pass a DOT Physical
Pass a drug test and be willing to take a random drug test at any time
Pass a strict background check
Clean Motor Vehicle Record over the last three years
No CDL required
Preferred: 1-yr Commercial Driving experience in past 3-years
(Uber/Lyft/Doordash can apply)

Must be able to demonstrate excellent safety, attendance, and
reliability record in past positions
Strong team player, positive attitude
Must be willing to work up to 6 days/week during Peak Season (Nov - Dec)
