Job Description:
As a Certified Caregiver (CNA / HHA / PCA) at Care With Love, you will play a vital role in delivering compassionate, high-quality care to our clients. In this role, you will assist with activities of daily living, promote clients' overall health and well-being, and help maintain a safe and comfortable home environment. Key responsibilities include observing clients' conditions, administering medications as directed, and keeping accurate, up-to-date care documentation. Your compassion and attention to detail will have a meaningful impact on the lives of those you care for.
Job Responsibilities:
As a Certified Caregiver (CNA / HHA / PCA) at Care With Love, your responsibilities will include the following:
- Assisting clients with personal care activities, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Helping clients with mobility needs, including transfers, positioning, and ambulation
- Monitoring, documenting, and reporting changes in clients' health conditions and care needs
- Maintaining a clean, safe environment for clients and reporting any concerns to the appropriate personnel
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive client care
- Promoting independence and enhancing clients' quality of life through compassionate, person-centered care
Requirements:
As a Certified Caregiver (CNA / HHA / PCA) at Care With Love, candidates should have:
- Virginia certification as a CNA / HHA / PCA
- Previous experience in home care or long-term care is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A compassionate, patient, and caring attitude
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexibility to work a variety of schedules, including evenings and weekends, is preferred
Pay Rate:
As a Certified Caregiver (CNA / HHA / PCA) at Care With Love, you will receive:
- $16 - $20 per hour (depending on shift type and duration)
