We're looking for motivated, self-driven individuals to join our team as Roofing Sales Representatives serving Dublin and the surrounding Columbus metro area. Whether you have roofing experience or a strong sales background, we provide the training and support needed to succeed in a high-demand industry.
What You'll Do
- Meet with homeowners to assess roofing needs and storm-related damage.
- Generate leads through referrals, networking, and neighborhood canvassing.
- Conduct roof inspections and educate customers on roofing solutions.
- Prepare estimates and close sales.
- Build lasting customer relationships through exceptional service.
- Work closely with production teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Sales experience preferred but not required.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to climb ladders and work outdoors.
