Position Title: Bartender Server (Hybrid Role)
Position Summary:
Provides high-quality service by bartending and serving restaurant guests. Must be able to both craft drinks and deliver food service while maintaining hospitality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers promptly, take food and beverage orders, and explain menu offerings.
- Prepare cocktails, draft/beer, mixed drinks, and serve wine, following House Taco recipes and standards.
- Serve prepared food and beverages efficiently and courteously.
- Handle payments, POS transactions, and close checks accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar and service areas.
- Upsell specials, drinks, and add-ons that enhance guest experience and sales.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and respond quickly to customer needs.
- Comply with liquor laws and responsible service practices.
Experience / Skills
- Prior bartending and front-of-house serving experience strongly preferred.
- Customer service mindset and ability to work under pressure.
- Knowledge of mixology, wine, and beer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask between bar prep, service, and table interactions.
Work Conditions
- Work will include weekend evenings and potentially late hours.
- Tips constitute a meaningful part of compensation.
Pay: From $5.50 per hour
