- Patient Ratios :1:2
- Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) :Charge, Unit Sec. 7a-11p, no Tech, Edu.
- Type of equipment :Alaris pumps, Client monitors
- Documentation system:MediTech
- Scheduling requirements:Self Scheduling, work every 3rd weekend
- Floating policy:Travel/Ag. 1st to float. Float only to tele to take pts, other areas as "helper/resource
- Patient Experience requirements: AIDET,
Hospital Specifics-
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS
Requested Skill Set:
Must have: Critical Care Experience, strong communication skills, adaptability to change.
Advanced skills needed: neuro and trauma experience a plus
Procedures performed on unit: Open heart recovery, Bedside: cardioversions, Bronch, CRRT, Impella
Certifications Required: BLS/ACLS
Dress Code: (Required uniform)
