Responsibilities

Cleans guest rooms in accordance with established company, brand or hotel standards to allow a sufficient quantity of vacant and clean rooms.

Responds to the needs of guests and coworkers in a friendly, positive manner.

Within guidelines established by the hotel or management company, maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards for the property.

Responsible for carrying out special requests from guests in a timely manner, such as extra towels, replacing faulty equipment, etc.

Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.
Other Qualifications:
- Previous hotel housekeeping experience is a plus, but is not required.
- Must be flexible (work weekends and holidays), and be a team player.
- Maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times.
- Attention to detail and ability meet high standards of room cleanliness.
- Must be able to properly use cleaning supplies and chemicals.
- Must be able to walk, climb stairs, stand, bend, crouch, kneel, reach overhead, twist, lift, push, pull and carry loads in excess of 100 lbs.
- Must be 16 years or older.
