We're looking for BCBAs to work with our growing team in South Carolina! We have a variety of schedules available, including daytime, after school, and evening hours. We offer flexible work options, including hybrid work arrangements to enable our BCBAs to maximize time with their clients. Our providers currently work with clients in their homes, schools, and other community settings across the state, including the Greenville, Spartanburg, Columbia areas and surrounding communities.

We are seeking collaborative BCBAs who are committed to ongoing growth and development alongside our clinical leader, a BCBA-D and licensed psychologist with 20 years of clinical experience.
Training and mentorship is a core part of our mission and values- new BCBAs are encouraged to apply!
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to inform the development of clinical treatment plans;
- Provide ongoing treatment plan monitoring, evaluation, and modification;
- Build rapport with our team of behavioral technicians and ensure they are effectively supported in their role;
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, teachers, and other professionals to ensure the effective implementation of behavior plans and the generalization of skills;
- Provide training and support to parents, caregivers, and staff on behavior management techniques, data collection, and other relevant topics;
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including progress notes, behavior plans, and data collection sheets;
- Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and other professional development opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Current BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Active SC driver's license
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to professional ethics and standards
