Position Requirements
- Background Check
- Current AZ Driver’s License
- Drug-testing
- Reliable vehicle for transportation
- Smartphone
Client care requirements
- Possess the physical abilities, including lifting, to satisfactorily perform all direct and indirect patient care functions
- Ambulation assistance
- Assist with Dressing
- Turning, repositioning, and transferring clients from bed to wheelchair, wheelchair to bed
- Incontinence care and Toileting assistance
- Medication reminders only
- Monitor client’s conditions and providing updates to healthcare team
- Assist with supervision and maintaining client safety
- Transport clients to appointments, errands, etc.
Job Types: Part-time-Full-time
Experience: 6 months minimum of experience. Nursing and CNA students are encouraged to apply!
