Drive reliability, efficiency, and operational excellence across our feed mill operations. As a Complex Maintenance Planner, you will lead the planning and coordination of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities that keep equipment running safely, reliably, and efficiently. You will partner closely with Maintenance, Operations, Production, Procurement, and Safety teams to align maintenance priorities with production goals, reduce downtime, and enhance asset performance. This role is ideal for a proactive, results-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and enjoys solving problems, optimizing processes, and driving operational performance.
Principal Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Plan and schedule maintenance work orders in alignment with industry best practices, ensuring efficient use of labor, materials, and equipment.
Anticipate business needs by aligning maintenance plans with production schedules, throughput demands, preventive maintenance programs, and leadership priorities.
Monitor and report key performance indicators, including Overall Equipment Effectiveness, throughput, downtime, and efficiency metrics.
Support compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements, including Occupational Safety and Health Administration standards and internal Environmental, Health, and Safety standards.

Additional technical education, including an associate degree, certifications, or vocational training.
Physical Requirements and Environmental Factors
Work in environments with exposure to dust, noise, moving equipment, chemicals, and confined spaces.
