Cornerstone is a new restaurant with a state-of-the-art kitchen located in historic Pawling, NY. Slated to open October 2025. We are looking for an industry professional to join our team.

Responsibilities and Expectations
- Ensures cleanliness of kitchen and station at all times
- Ensure cleanliness and operation of dish equipment
- Communicate effectively and clearly with team members
- Ensure all dishware is cleaned, sanitized, dried and stored properly
- Ensure all waste is disposed of properly. Including sorting recycling, compostable waste, and general garbage
- Light prep work, when necessary
- Receive, organize, and store deliveries
Required Experience
- A good attitude!
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work cohesively and collectively as part of a team
- Able to safely handle industrial cleaning chemicals
- Ability and eagerness to learn
Physical Abilities:
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance, and frequently lift and bend from the waist
- Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time or for an entire work shift and perform repetitive motions
- Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
- Requires manual ability to use, carry, and operate all necessary equipment
