Commercial HVAC Installer – Join the Carolina Cool Crew (Up to $3K Sign-on)
Are you the kind of installer who takes pride in a clean line set, tight ductwork, and getting the job done right the first time? We’re looking for an experienced Commercial HVAC Installer to join our growing team and help build some of the coolest projects in the Carolinas.
What You’ll Do
- Install commercial split systems, rooftop units (RTUs), hangers, ductwork, and related HVAC components
- Set equipment, run line sets, install curb adapters, and complete startup assistance as needed
- Work on commercial new construction projects alongside other trades and crews
- Read mechanical plans and coordinate layouts on active job sites
- Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment
- Represent the company with professionalism, teamwork, and a strong work ethic every day
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of commercial HVAC installation experience preferred
- Experience with commercial new construction is a big plus
- Sheet metal fabrication and installation experience preferred
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation
