Property Manager Wanted – East Bay Area
Are you an experienced Property Manager looking for a new opportunity in the vibrant East Bay Area? We’re seeking a licensed and reliable Property Manager to join our team.
Key Requirements:
- Must be licensed as a Property Manager in California
- Minimum 3 years of property management experience
- Proficiency with AppFolio is a huge plus
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of residential properties
- Manage tenant relations, leasing, rent collections and delinquencies
- Maintain property maintenance and vendor coordination
- Handle move-ins/outs and ensure compliance with all regulations

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
