Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, trash removal, and sanitizing surfaces across multiple facility types
- Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, kitchens, hallways, and common areas according to established standards
- Use specialized cleaning equipment and supplies safely and efficiently to ensure optimal results
- Follow detailed cleaning schedules and procedures to meet client expectations and regulatory requirements
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to supervisors
- Assist with setup and breakdown of cleaning stations or supplies as needed for special events or routine maintenance
- Adhere strictly to health and safety guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment
Skills
- Proven experience in retail store cleaning or hospitality cleaning environments is highly desirable
- Familiarity with cleaning protocols specific to hotels, educational institutions, hospitals, restaurants, or gyms enhances your effectiveness in this role
- Ability to operate various cleaning tools and equipment safely and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
