**Job Overview:**
We are lookin for a team player with a positive attitude to work in a fun, creative environment. Early mornings are required. Timeliness and reliability are a must. This is a professional but fun environment. It's hard to have a bad day surrounded by cinnamon buns!
**Responsibilities:**
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks following recipes with precision
- Learn menu items and their descriptions.
- Provide excellent customer service, engaging with patrons in a friendly and professional manner
- Operate cash register and handle transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop and work area
- Assist in stocking and replenishing inventory as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
**Requirements:**
- Prior experience in the food industry or customer service preferred
- Proficiency in math for cash handling and recipe measurements
- Knowledge of food handling procedures and sanitation guidelines
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Familiarity with operating a POS system and coffee equipment
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
