Role Overview:
This position will serve primarily as a Parts Runner. The role will also support the Stockroom Clerks and assist the Materials Manager with materials‑related tasks and stockroom responsibilities as needed.
Location:
This position is with INDOT's Seymour District.
Pay Rate:
This position pays $18.00.
- Pick up and deliver parts as requested.
- Support stockroom operations including organizing, stocking, and inventory tasks.
- Fill in for Stockroom Clerks when needed to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of parts storage areas to support efficient operations
- Assist the Materials Manager with materials audits, documentation, and general duties.
- Ability to navigate and transport parts efficiently.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Willingness to assist with various materials and stockroom tasks.
- Dependability and flexibility in supporting multiple operational needs.
This role may be utilized in a supervisory capacity based on agency needs.
